Surrounded by landscapes full of Flora and Fauna, the Natural Reserve El Chocoyero invites you to explore all its resources and enjoy an atmosphere of peace.

Visit with us this wonderful place, full of Nature where you can get away from the noise of the city and enter into a completely different world, rustic and surrounded by fresh and full of life air. We take you from your house or place of stay to the Nature Reserve located in Ticuantepe about 15 Kilometers from Managua (back and forth). In this place you can enjoy a wide natural park that conserves the local flora and fauna. The name is due to its two main waterfalls, whose walls nest hundreds of chocoyos, which can be seen at dawn, when they go out looking for food, or at dusk when they are back.

Heading to the reserve, you can appreciate the great fields of pineapple and pitahaya, whose harvest is one of the main economic activities of the region, as well as coffee plantations that can be seen in the surroundings.

At the entrance of "El Chocoyero", there is a butterfly garden, a visitor center, cabins and campsites. During our tour we are accompanied by a local guide, who provides assistance and relevant information about each stop, which you can take advantage of to have the best views and, of course, take pictures to capture the moment.

After this experience we take you for a mini tour arround Ticuantepe, where you can get to know a little of the city.
